Websites

A treatment center website that earns trust before the first call.

Families decide quickly whether your program is credible. We build sites that show your clinicians, licenses and accreditations up front, structured for search from day one.

Built for treatment providers

Your website is your first impression with a family looking for care, and it should never feel like a maze.

  • Copy written in-house by a team that specializes in treatment providers
  • Licensing and accreditation sections and clinical staff bios, with reviewer credits only on pages your clinicians approve
  • Search-ready structure and schema from launch
  • Built with accessibility in mind
  • Brand identity when you need it: logos, color palettes and brand guides
  • Pages that don’t overload mobile data plans with images and scripts nobody uses
  • 192 QA checkpoints across five departments before launch, with a QA specialist giving the final pass or fail

How a build runs: about 7 weeks once content and access are in

  1. Onboarding: sitemap, branding, hosting and access (5 days)
  2. Content and custom design (7–10 days)
  3. Development (10 days)
  4. Your review and pre-launch QA (5 days)
  5. Approval (2 days)
  6. Launch and final QA (3 days)

You review everything on a staging link before launch. Three rounds of edits are included. The timeline depends on content and access arriving within 5 days.

Two audiences read your site. We check what both depend on.

Families decide whether to call. Google and AI answers decide whether to show you. Our Website Health Command Center, rolling out now, checks what both depend on.

  1. Checked on a schedule.

Website performance, Core Web Vitals and overall site health, at the frequency your plan sets.

  2. Triaged by severity.

Every issue found is triaged by severity, so the most serious come first.

  3. Maintained every month.

On maintenance plans: updates with a tracking re-check, malware scanning, and broken links and errors fixed.

On every site we manage, at the frequency your plan sets.

What the machines learn

  • Structured data that tells search engines who you are, what you treat and who stands behind the content.

What the people see

  • License numbers, accreditation seals, clinician bios and a call button on every page.

What families check, built into every page

  • Licenses and accreditation. State license numbers, Joint Commission or CARF seals, and your levels of care where families look for them.
  • Real clinicians. Bios with credentials, and reviewer credits only on the pages your clinicians approve.
  • Built for Google and AI answers. Structured data that tells search engines who you are, what you treat and who stands behind the content.
  • Accessible. Built with accessibility in mind, with call buttons and forms that work on every page and device.

What monthly maintenance covers

We don’t disappear after launch.

  • WordPress, plugin and theme updates, with tracking checked after every update
  • Backups confirmed, when we have hosting access
  • Security and malware scanning
  • Performance QA in our Website Health Command Center, at the frequency your plan sets
  • Broken links and errors found in audits, fixed
  • Browser and device checks, and unused plugins removed
  • Approved content and page updates published
  • Analytics and call tracking confirmed working

How the TDI system works

Compliance built into the back end.

Treatment marketing touches patients and families at a hard moment. These safeguards are part of how our systems are built, not a checklist we run at the end.

  • Forms stay private.

Our tracking records which form was sent and from which page. Never what anyone typed into it.

  • Calls become scores, not records.

Google Ads receives the click, the conversion and the time. Never a caller’s name, number or details, and no ad audiences are built from callers.

  • Tags only where they belong.

On sites we build, analytics and call tracking run on the live site only, never on test copies or for your logged-in staff. Session recording stays off unless you approve it in writing.

  • Paperwork before patient data.

TDI staff listen to call recordings only with your signed BAA or Part 2 agreement (QSOA) on file, and only if authorized.

  • Vortex takes the identifiers out.

Before AI reads a call transcript, Google Cloud’s Sensitive Data Protection removes names, numbers, addresses and dates; if it can’t, the call is skipped. Patient data never goes into general-purpose AI tools.

  • Advertising inside the rules.

LegitScript and Google certification before any addiction treatment ad runs, and no ad targeting built on health conditions.
