About TDI
The Digital Intellect was founded in 2017 from the merger of a paid search agency and a web and SEO agency. Since then we’ve narrowed to one industry, behavioral healthcare, and grown without outside debt, through reinvestment.

Brenda BarqueroSenior Account Manager
Brenda has more than five years of digital marketing experience. She leads the account management team and keeps your goals clear between your team and ours, with an emphasis on transparency and long-term partnerships.
Behavioral health marketing is our field, and keeping up with what’s new in search and AI is part of the job. We put new tools to work where they help your admissions, and keep people accountable for every decision.
The Client Intellect Hub brings nine data sources into one view. A strategist, not the software, makes every call.
Every ranking factor is scored for Google and for AI answers, and an AI Reputation Scorecard grades whether AI answers cite you.
Treatment decisions affect people and their families at a hard moment. That raises the bar on every decision we make for you.
Form contents never reach analytics or ad platforms, and caller details are never sent to Google Ads.
Every figure we publish has a period and a baseline, and ad spend is kept apart from our fees.
Treatment marketing touches patients and families at a hard moment. These safeguards are part of how our systems are built, not a checklist we run at the end.
Our tracking records which form was sent and from which page. Never what anyone typed into it.
Google Ads receives the click, the conversion and the time. Never a caller’s name, number or details, and no ad audiences are built from callers.
On sites we build, analytics and call tracking run on the live site only, never on test copies or for your logged-in staff. Session recording stays off unless you approve it in writing.
TDI staff listen to call recordings only with your signed BAA or Part 2 agreement (QSOA) on file, and only if authorized.
Before AI reads a call transcript, Google Cloud’s Sensitive Data Protection removes names, numbers, addresses and dates; if it can’t, the call is skipped. Patient data never goes into general-purpose AI tools.
LegitScript and Google certification before any addiction treatment ad runs, and no ad targeting built on health conditions.
Yes. We work only with addiction and mental health treatment providers, so your account manager already knows levels of care and admissions workflows.
Your account manager is your dedicated point of contact. They act as strategist, communicator and advocate for your account across our team.
A weekly call with written recaps, and a monthly report on calls, qualified calls and the admission counts your team provides, split branded vs. non-branded.
Yes. We work as an extension of your team. What’s hard to build in-house is the system around the work: weekly quality checks, a ranking matrix, scorecards and written reviews, all built for behavioral healthcare.
We commit to what we control, not to a number we can’t: a dated baseline where your data has one, written definitions of a lead, a qualified call and an admission agreed before launch, and a monthly report against that baseline, including the soft months.
Paid search, SEO and AI search, websites and editorial coverage.
Results with the period and the baseline.
And how we answer each one.
