Editorial coverage

Your clinicians, quoted where people read.

We put your licensed clinicians forward as experts. Vetted partners answer journalist requests on topics you approve, and your clinician approves every answer before it goes out in their name. When a placement runs, your team’s expertise reaches a national audience and builds the credibility Google and AI answers look for.

One quote, two audiences.

When your clinician is quoted in a real publication, readers meet an expert, and Google and AI answers see a credentialed name cited by real publications.

  1. Your clinician signs off.

A licensed clinician agrees to be quoted, approves the topics and tells us what to avoid.

  2. A vetted partner answers journalists.

In your clinician’s name, on those topics only.

  3. A placement runs.

Pitched to publications rated DR 65 or higher. Editors decide what runs.

  4. Logged and reported.

Every placement as it lands, with quarterly reports.

Placements typically build over 2 to 6 months, sometimes longer.

What the machines learn

  • Google and AI answers weigh who is behind health content.

What the people see

  • Readers see your licensed clinician quoted as an expert.

Our ground rules

  • Your clinicians are only quoted on factual, approved topics, never opinion or controversy.
  • We don’t promise specific outlets or dates. Journalists decide what runs.
  • Placements typically build over 2–6 months, sometimes longer.
  • Every placement is logged as it lands, with quarterly reports.

How we vet every placement

A placement is only as strong as the publication behind it.

  • Pitches to publications rated DR 65 or higher; where a placement lands is the publication’s call
  • Relevant to treatment and mental health readers
  • A range of outlets, not the same few
  • Natural wording, never stuffed anchor text
  • Real editorial standards and real readers

Who leads this work

Brian MoralesOutreach Department Manager

Brian leads TDI’s outreach team. He personalizes every campaign so each placement is relevant to your program, and holds the team to a high standard for quality.

Compliance built into the back end.

Treatment marketing touches patients and families at a hard moment. These safeguards are part of how our systems are built, not a checklist we run at the end.

  • Forms stay private.

Our tracking records which form was sent and from which page. Never what anyone typed into it.

  • Calls become scores, not records.

Google Ads receives the click, the conversion and the time. Never a caller’s name, number or details, and no ad audiences are built from callers.

  • Tags only where they belong.

On sites we build, analytics and call tracking run on the live site only, never on test copies or for your logged-in staff. Session recording stays off unless you approve it in writing.

  • Paperwork before patient data.

TDI staff listen to call recordings only with your signed BAA or Part 2 agreement (QSOA) on file, and only if authorized.

  • Vortex takes the identifiers out.

Before AI reads a call transcript, Google Cloud’s Sensitive Data Protection removes names, numbers, addresses and dates; if it can’t, the call is skipped. Patient data never goes into general-purpose AI tools.

  • Advertising inside the rules.

LegitScript and Google certification before any addiction treatment ad runs, and no ad targeting built on health conditions.

Questions we hear

Do our clinicians control what they’re quoted on?

Yes. Your clinician approves the topics and tells us what to avoid, and nothing goes out in their name outside those topics.

How do you make sure placements are high quality?

Every outlet is reviewed for relevance first, and we pitch only publications rated DR 65 or higher. Editors decide what runs, which is why we never promise outlets, dates or link counts.

How quickly will placements appear?

Placements typically build over 2 to 6 months, sometimes longer, and journalists decide what runs and when. Each one is logged as it lands, so you see progress between quarterly reports.

Do you only work with treatment providers?

Yes, only addiction and mental health treatment providers, so every pitch is written for treatment and mental health readers.
