Terms of use
Effective October 22, 2026. These terms apply to your use of thedigitalintellect.com (the “site”), run by The Digital Intellect (“TDI”, “we”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What this site is for
The site describes TDI’s marketing services for addiction and mental health treatment providers and lets you ask us for an audit or a strategy call. Articles and examples are general information about marketing. They are not legal, medical, financial or compliance advice for your organization, and reading them does not make you a client.
Our services are governed by your agreement
Work we do for a client is governed by that client’s signed agreement with TDI. If that agreement and these terms ever differ, the agreement controls. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote or a promise of any particular result, ranking, number of calls or admissions.
What you send us
When you use the request form or email us, send only business information about your organization. Please don’t send patient information or anyone’s health details through the site. How we handle what you send is described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use the site to break the law, send spam or harmful code, try to get into parts of the site or its systems you aren’t meant to reach, overload it, or copy it in bulk with automated tools in a way that harms its operation.
What we own
The site’s text, design, graphics, logos and code belong to TDI or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read, share links to and quote short passages from our articles with credit to The Digital Intellect. Please ask before reusing anything else.
Links to other sites
The site links to sources and services run by others, such as Google’s documentation. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, and we date our results and articles so you can judge how current they are. The site is still provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TDI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. This doesn’t limit any liability that can’t be limited by law, and it doesn’t change any client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about the site will be handled in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
